Do you have homes that are ready to move into?
Refer to the “homes for sale” section on each community page to check the status of homes that are under construction.

What does the Home Owners Association do?
Typically a Home Owners Association (HOA) maintains all common areas, such as the front entrance and any community amenities. The HOA can be responsible for lawn care or other maintenance items. In a condominium community, the HOA is also responsible for exterior building maintenance and common hallways.

You should plan to review the HOA Documents before purchasing to determine the specific responsibilities of the HOA in a particular community.

Can I personalize my new condo?
There are numerous options to personalize your condo on pre-sales such as crown molding, granite countertops, and upgraded flooring options. Typically, we also have completed condos ready for immediate move-in.

How do the security monitors in your condos work?
When a visitor rings the bell for your condo, the monitor allows you to see who is at the front door. If you choose to let the visitor into the building, you simply need to press the “door” button, which unlocks the front door for a few seconds.

Do you offer 2-car garages?
Yes, in both the townhome and cottage home plans.

Do you offer community amenities?
Yes we offer such things as clubhouses, pools, etc. Please refer to the community pages for specific info for that community.

Will I see exposed studs on my garage walls?
No, we finish all of our garages with sheetrock, primer and paint.

Do you offer tray ceilings in your homes?
Yes, on certain plans.

What is a sun tunnel?
It is an excellent way to bring natural light to windowless rooms. We currently offer these in some of our cottage home plans.

What is under cabinet task lighting?
Under cabinet lighting allows light to shine on work surfaces without shadows where light is needed most. We currently offer these in some of our cottage and townhome plans.

What are roll out cabinet drawers?
These rolling drawers make it easy to neatly organize items. You'll see everything at a glance, and won't have to move one thing to reach another. We currently offer these in some of our cottage and townhome plans.
