2. Review HOA documents
3. Choose homesite/floor plan
4. Write contract
5. Loan prequalification letter due
6. Review homeowner manual and select personalized
   colors, options, and upgrades (if applicable)
7. Meet with mortgage lender
8. Construction begins
9. Begin preparing for your move
10. Quality control inspection by Kavanagh Homes
11. Homeowner orientation
12. Review closing guidelines
13. Closing day!
14. 60 day courtesy follow up visit (homeowner’s option)
